• Early access: name, email, role, interest, optional company or message, consent metadata, referral fields, and abuse-prevention signals such as form timing.
• Partner and contact inquiries: name, email, company, organization details, message, and consent.
• Candidate accounts: account credentials supplied by the sign-in provider, profile content you provide, resumes you upload, questionnaire answers, application history, and product preference settings.
• Job discovery: normalized public job listings from configured board sources used to surface opportunities in the product.

You stay in control of your profile, preferences, and applications. Offerward helps you prepare and complete applications based on information you provide. We do not collect passwords for third-party job platforms.

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the product; with employers or platforms when you submit or authorize an application through Offerward; and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We retain early-access and inquiry records while useful for launch communications and partnership follow-up, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion where applicable. Candidate account data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, backups, and legal obligations.

• Unsubscribe from early-access communications via the unsubscribe page.
• Authenticated candidates may export or delete account data through privacy settings.
• Contact us through the privacy contact path for privacy requests.

Essential cookies support authentication and CSRF protection. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated page views and marketing interaction metrics. It does not use advertising cookies, and we do not send resume content or application answers to analytics tools.
